Returns policy
Products (including samples) returned are subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Our returns period is 10 days from date of invoice, except for samples which must be returned within 7 working days.
  • If the item is unsuitable we will refund/ exchange as long as the swing tags are attached.
  • For items that are bagged, these need to be returned with the garment/s.
  • The refund is made by the payment method (credit card purchases will be refunded back to the card that was used for payment).
  • Embroidered, printed and custom made products can only be returned where there is a fault with the product.  Products cannot be returned once they have been customised in any way, including being embroidered or screen-printed.
  • Please include with your return a copy of your invoice, clearly marking the items you are returning. If you would like an exchange or have products with faults, please make a note on the invoice.
  • In the unlikely event that you have received a product in error that you did not order, please email [email protected] so we can rectify this for you
  • In the event that there is a fault with a product that we are responsible for we will either send you a replacement or give you a full refund.
