Embroidery

Embroidery at B2B Clothing transforms graphics or text into stunning needle-and-thread masterpieces, perfect for enhancing garments and fabric items. We use cutting-edge software and advanced multi-head industrial sewing machines to create embroidery ranging from simple, one-color patterns to complex, multicolored designs. Embroidery is renowned for adding elegance and a higher perceived value to any garment.

Embroidery Process at B2B Clothing: Our modern embroidery process is largely automated, turning digital images into stitch data that directs our high-speed sewing machines, capable of executing up to 1,500 stitches per minute.

Design and Digitise: We start by crafting or adapting a design for embroidery, optimising it for stitch translation. Simpler designs with open areas are ideal for maintaining the fabric's natural drape. We then digitize the design, converting it into stitch data compatible with our embroidery machines. This can be done in-house or through expert digitising services.

Stabilise and Hoop: We carefully choose stabilizers suited to your fabric, use temporary spray adhesives, and smoothly attach the stabilizer. The fabric is then securely placed in the embroidery hoop of our machine, ensuring it's flat and not distorted. The hoop is then inserted into the embroidery machine.

Stitch Execution: Our embroidery machines take over from here, accurately stitching the design. They automatically pause for thread changes or other necessary adjustments. After completion, we remove the fabric, trim excess threads, and perform a light steam pressing if needed to smooth out any hoop marks.

Embroidery Equipment and Supplies: We use specialised computers with software to convert digital images into stitch data. Our range of embroidery machines, from consumer-grade to sophisticated industrial ones, can produce intricate, detailed designs. We work with a variety of substrates, including T-shirts, fleece, totes, and hats. Our expertise allows us to handle challenges like embroidering on lightweight or elastic fabrics, ensuring a high-quality finish. The stabilizers we use are essential for supporting fabrics against the stress of stitching, preventing any shift or distortion during the embroidery process.
